Providing your employees with access to wellbeing education demonstrates a genuine commitment to their health and future, an approach that aligns perfectly with the values at the heart of BCorp Certification.

How Much Does Pulse cost?

Pulse is paid as an annual subscription by the employer. The price is dependent on how many employees are in the business.

If your group scheme is managed by Employee Lab:
Pulse is Free*

Small Business (10 or less employees):
$1,500 p.a.

Small/Medium Business (11-25 employees):
$2,000 p.a.

Medium Business (26-50 employees):
$3,000 p.a.

Medium/Large Business (51-100 employees):
$5,000 p.a.

Corporate Membership (>100 employees):
$10,000 p.a.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Subscriptions are based on the number of employees that you have. For example, if you have 9 employees you would choose our Small Business Subscription.

  • You can do this in several ways.

    When we onboard your company you will be provided with a unique sign-up link for new employees. Keep this on file and supply this to new employees as they join your company.

    Alternatively, you can email us at any time to add new employees to your subscription.

  • As your annual subscription renews we will send you a list of your current subscribers. You can let us know which subscribers have left and any you want to add.

  • Unfortunately because of the amount of work required to onboard all employees we only offer annual subscriptions.

  • Huge charges, big fuss. Just kidding!

    No additional charges are made until the next annual renewal even if the number of employees goes up into the next subscription bracket. When you renew we will move you up into the next subscription bracket at that point in time.

  • Businesses with an Employee Benefits Scheme with Employee Lab receive Pulse free (some conditions apply).

  • All of your employees are given access to the Pulse platform. It has articles, videos and useful tools on financial, nutritional, physical and mental wellbeing. We work to keep engagement high through newsletter and events.

    Additionally, key staff (typically management and HR teams) will receive a separate newsletter with information from Pulse that they can use in staff presentations.

  • When you have signed up for a subscription we will begin the process of onboarding your staff. Staff logins are done using a work email address (where ever possible) and a password that they set. The email address used will need to be from the company domain name.

    If your staff do not have company emails we allow a nominated personal email address to be used. The only issue with this is that if that staff member leaves and we aren’t informed that person will continue to have access to the Pulse platform.

  • You provide us with the list of first name, last name and email addresses of your staff. We will then load them into our system at which point they will get a welcome email.

    We recommend you notify staff of your new subscription with Pulse so they know it isn’t spam or a phishing email.
